Shipping policy
Processing. Every order ships within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed at a weekend ship on the next working day.
Rates.
- Standard Shipping: $4.95
- Free Fast Shipping: free on orders of $60.00 or more (two trucks or more)
Tracking. A tracking number is included with every order and is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking goes live within 24 hours of dispatch. If yours has not updated in two working days, email support@roarhaul.com and we will chase it.
Christmas. For a Christmas gift, order by December 12. After that date we still ship within 24 hours, but we cannot make any promise about what the carrier does in the last weeks of December.
