Refund policy

We want the RoarHaul T-Rex Truck to be the present they open first. If it is not right for your family, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to return it for a full refund.

How to start a return. Email support@roarhaul.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Please send it back with all 13 pieces: the truck, the eight dinosaur cars and the four mini vehicles.

If it arrives damaged or a piece is missing. Do not send anything back first. Email us a photo with your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refund timing. Once we receive the return, or approve a damage claim, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.

Return shipping. We cover return shipping on anything that arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. For a change of mind, return shipping is yours.

Exchanges. The fastest route is a refund and a fresh order.
